At Miller Farm Paper, we want your subscription experience to be simple and enjoyable.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal or by contacting us at Millerfarmhome@gmail.com .

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and that shipment will be delivered as scheduled.

Subscription Changes

Customers may update their shipping address, payment information, or manage their subscription preferences through their account portal. If you need assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Refunds

Because subscription boxes are curated and prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
