Returns

Because many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Lost Packages

Miller Farm Paper is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate your package.
